I got a package today in the mail from Aviesta,(members only shopping website). I ordered a pair of earrings a few weeks ago and almost forgot about them, oops! OK so after deciding to give up shopping for Lent, I guess its a good thing my packages coming in late. Makes me feel like I am shopping, since I can't until Easter. So I bought these Amrita Singh gold Aztec Knot earrings. Now that I received them not sure how I feel about them. When I was a kid/teen I hated gold. Never wore it and thought it was tacky. You know only old ladies and rappers wore gold....ha ha ha Seriously I thought that way. Well now I am older and have matured, so has my style. I still don't wear too much gold or gold tone jewelry, but I am slowly embracing it. Now back to the earrings, online I loved them & had to have them. They are a bit larger than I expected and seriously not sure what to wear them with. Debating if I should return them.

I LOVE those earrings. I have a few golden earrings. I usually wear them with black...Black dresses, Black Tops, Black Dress Pants, or Jeans or mixed. I can see you rockin' those earrings in whatever you choose to wear.
ReplyDeleteI really like them too! I think because it's something you don't normally wear, maybe you can step out of your fashion comfort zone and try them out one night. You can wear something basic, since the earrings are going to definitely stand out.
