I wanted to try the hi/lo trend, this dress was just the right piece. I really liked the ruffle at hem and print, which isn't too overwhelming. I added some color with the sheer blue top, instead of wearing a cardigan or jacket to cover up a bit and the pop of pink in my shoes. What do you think of my outfit?
