How To Style Wide Calf Boots From Avenue

There is something about wearing boots that makes me feel like a fashion bad ass!  What is it about knee high boots that just makes me feel cool wearing them?  Not sure what it is, but since I was a little girl I have loved boots.  Every year my parents would buy me a pair of boots, I was always happy wearing my boots. So many pictures of me with boots, I need to find them and share! As I gotten older the love of boots had continued, however finding a pair that fits right has been a challenge. Its been a struggle to find a cute, comfortable wide calf boot...until now I didn't really wear knee high boots. Thanks to Avenue I found a pair of knee high, wide calf boots that fit and look great. Today me and 3 OC bloggers are sharing how to style wide calf boots.

Winter time calls for boots and these gray wide calf boots from Avenue are a great addition to my wardrobe. I chose these gray Hollie Side Buckle boots over black or brown to add a different color to my outfits. Gray is still a neutral color that can work well with many prints and colors. I usually gravitate towards black boots, but I love the gray color for a change. Makes it different with out being to out of the ordinary and can usually be paired with many outfits. 

I loved the minimal style of the Hollie boots with the side buckle and strap around the ankle. These boots are from the Avenue Cloud Walker collection, which means they are comfy and made for walking. They have a zipper making them easy to slip on, with a small stretch panel for comfort. The boots fit perfectly around my calf, I don't have to struggle to zip them up and they are not too tight or loose. 

I also love the back zipper detail, which is not functioning but gives it a cool look. As well as metal heel accent, gives the Hollie boot a stylish look. I'm so glad to have found these boots from the Avenue, I no longer have to worry about finding wide calf boots. Avenue has a wide range of tall and wide calf boots for everyone.  They will be my first stop next season for a new pair of boots.
